Zoe and Mark Swan would like to welcome you to their bed and breakfast, close to the sea looking out across Lyme Bay and the valley in which Lyme Regis nestles.

The rooms
Newly decorated in Laura Ashley decor, three attractive rooms, one large double with en-suite bath and shower room (Lori), this has the option of an adjoining double room if needed, ideal for family or friends. One further room with private bathroom.
The location
Lyme Regis has something for everyone, sandy beaches, cafes and restaurants famous for the Jurassic coast, every year it gives up more of it’s fossils, a boon for collectors with a wide range of interest and wonderful walks.
